How does the 7-day free trial work?
Pick a plan and add a card. You get every feature for 7 days. We remind you before the trial ends, and your plan starts on day 7 unless you cancel.
Will I be charged during the trial?
No. Your card is only charged when the trial ends. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing.
Is there a difference between the plans?
Only how often you pay. Monthly, quarterly and yearly plans include every feature. Quarterly saves 11% and yearly saves 16% against paying monthly.
How many people can use one plan?
Every plan includes 3 team seats, with shared lists and notes. Enterprise adds more seats and a workspace per client.
How do I cancel?
In one click from Settings, Billing, or email hello@findstreamers.com. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, or of your trial, and you are not charged again.
Which payment methods do you take?
All major cards, through Dodo Payments, our payment provider. For Enterprise, talk to us about the way that suits you.
Do Twitch and Kick cost extra?
No. Every platform we cover is in every plan, along with contacts, outreach, Deal Radar and the AI connectors.

What do I actually type into the search?

Does it send emails without asking me?
No. You approve the first email. Follow-ups go out on the schedule you set and stop as soon as someone replies.
What is Deal Radar?
Deal Radar watches the streamers and brands you care about and tells you when a sponsor deal ends, a streamer starts growing fast or a competitor signs someone, with a draft email ready.
Which countries and platforms do you cover?

Are the contacts really included?
Yes. Verified business emails, managers and socials are part of every plan, with no add-on fee.
What is Creator Score?
A rating from 0 to 100 on every channel, built from its real audience, engagement and consistency, so you can compare streamers of different sizes at a glance.
How do you know what a streamer charges?
We estimate a fair price range for every channel from its real audience, its market and comparable deals, before you open the conversation. It's a starting point for your offer, not a quote.
Where do the contacts come from?
From what streamers publish for business enquiries, checked and dated. We show you when each email was last verified.
Do you publish rankings or pages about streamers?
No. Everything about individual streamers stays inside customer accounts.
AI assistants
Which AI assistants work with FindStreamers?
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any assistant that supports MCP connectors. You add one link and sign in to your FindStreamers account.
Can my assistant send emails on its own?
No. Your assistant can search, shortlist and draft, but it asks you before anything is sent or before a contact is revealed.
Does it cost extra?
No. The connectors are included in every plan, and your assistant works inside the same limits as you do.
Can I disconnect it?
Yes. Remove the connection in your assistant, or revoke it in FindStreamers settings, and it stops working at once.
