Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Findstreamers LLC, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("FindStreamers"), handles personal data. It covers two distinct groups: (A) our customers — the people who create accounts and subscribe — and (B) the streamers profiled in our database.
A. Customers — what we collect and why
- Account data: email address, optional company name, hashed authentication credentials. Used to provide the Service (performance of contract).
- Billing data: handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; we receive subscription status and plan details, never full card numbers.
- Usage data: searches, profile views, and contact reveals are logged to enforce plan quotas, prevent abuse and scraping, and improve the Service (legitimate interest).
- We do not sell customer data, run third-party advertising, or use tracking cookies. Strictly necessary session storage is used to keep you signed in.
B. Streamers — what the database contains
Our database profiles public live-streaming channels. It is compiled from publicly available information: platform pages and public APIs (channel name, follower counts, live viewership, stream titles and categories, public channel descriptions), and business contact details that streamers have themselves published publicly (for example an email address in a channel bio). From this we derive analytics such as audience-geography estimates and indicative sponsorship rate estimates.
Our legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where applicable): providing business-contact and market information that streamers have made public in a commercial context, to a professional audience, with safeguards:
- we only surface contact details already published publicly by the streamer;
- access requires a paid account and is quota-limited and logged;
- we honour removal requests (below) and suppress removed identities from re-collection;
- we exclude data of minors where identifiable, and do not profile private individuals outside their public streaming activity.
Your rights & streamer data removal
If you are a streamer (or their representative) and want your profile or contact details removed, use the data removal form or email privacy@findstreamers.com. Removal requests are processed automatically within our publishing cycle and the identity is added to a permanent suppression list so it is not re-collected. You may also request access to, or correction of, data we hold about you. EU/UK residents additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
Processors and storage
We use vetted processors to run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (hosting), and our payment provider (billing). Data is stored on infrastructure located in the EU/US regions of these providers. We retain customer account data for the life of the account plus limited backup windows; usage logs are pruned on a rolling basis.
Security
Access to the database is fail-closed: nothing is publicly queryable, all access requires authentication, contact details are stored in a separate vault revealed only through quota-checked, logged requests, and administrative actions are audited.
