What we measure about streamers
We read public live-stream data from Twitch and Kick through their official interfaces, and public YouTube channel data through YouTube API Services (see "YouTube data" below): whether a channel is live, its viewer count, category, title, follower count, and the links a streamer publishes in their profile and panels. We keep counts per five minutes about chat activity (how many accounts wrote, how many messages, how many looked automated); we do not store chat messages. Audience countries are inferred from language and profile information and are labelled as inferred. Public business contact details that a streamer publishes (for example a business email in a profile) may be stored and shown to signed-in customers under a quota. Streamers can ask for corrections or removal at hello@findstreamers.com.
YouTube data (YouTube API Services)
FindStreamers uses YouTube API Services. Through the official YouTube Data API we read public channel information: the channel name and handle, description, country, subscriber, video and view counts, and the links and business contact details a creator publishes in their channel description. We use it to show signed-in customers a creator's YouTube channel next to their other channels, labelled as YouTube data. We refresh or delete stored YouTube data at least every 30 days, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to guess anyone's age or other sensitive traits. Google's Privacy Policy also applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy. If a creator connects their YouTube account to FindStreamers, they can revoke that access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and we delete the data received through that connection within 7 days of revocation. What we collect about customers
Account email, name and company; what you search, save, reveal and export (to apply plan limits and to show your team's activity); billing details handled by our payment provider (we never see card numbers); support messages.
Connected mailboxes
If you connect a Google or Microsoft mailbox, we store an access token for it in encrypted form and use it only to send the messages you compose or schedule and to read replies in the threads FindStreamers started. We do not read other mail. Message bodies for those threads are stored so the inbox view works; you can delete any thread, and disconnecting the mailbox deletes its tokens and stops all access. Google user data is handled according to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Microsoft data is handled according to the Microsoft APIs Terms of Use.
AI features
Some features send our own measured facts about a streamer, and the profile you entered, to a language model to write summaries and draft messages. We do not send your mailbox contents to a model unless you use a feature that says so (for example reply classification), and we do not use your data to train models.
Sharing, retention, rights
We share data only with the services that run the product (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, model providers) under their own terms, and when the law requires it. Measurement data is kept while it is useful for the product; account data until you close the account; mailbox threads until you delete them or disconnect. You can ask for a copy of your data, corrections or deletion at hello@findstreamers.com. If you are in the EU/UK you have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
