1. The service. FindStreamers provides measurements and tools for finding and working with live streamers. Data is measured from public sources and labelled where it is inferred or estimated; it is information to support your decisions, not advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. 2. Accounts and teams. You are responsible for your account, your team's seats and every action taken with your API keys, including actions taken by AI agents you connect. Keep keys secret and revoke them if they leak. 3. Plans and billing. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Limits (searches, contact reveals, exports, seats) are part of the plan you chose. Fees are not refunded for partial periods unless the law requires it. 4. Acceptable use. You may not resell or republish our data, scrape the service, use contact details for spam or for anything unlawful, or send outreach that breaks the laws that apply to you (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or gambling-advertising rules in a market). Outreach sent through a connected mailbox is your mail, sent by you. 5. Compliance checks are guidance built from public rules and inferred audience data. They are not legal advice and do not replace your own checks and licences. 6. Streamer data. Streamers may ask us to correct or remove information about them; we will act on reasonable requests and you agree to stop using data we withdraw. 7. Availability and changes. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change features with notice where the change is material. 8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. 9. Termination. Either side can end the agreement; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. 10. YouTube. Some features show data from YouTube API Services. By using FindStreamers you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to that data. 11.
