Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of FindStreamers — the website, web application, database, and related services (together, the "Service") — operated by Findstreamers LLC, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("FindStreamers", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

FindStreamers is a business-to-business market-intelligence platform. It provides analytics about live streamers on platforms such as Twitch, Kick, and YouTube — including viewership metrics, sponsorship observations, audience geography estimates, indicative sponsorship rate estimates, and business contact details — to help marketing professionals plan and evaluate influencer sponsorships.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• The Service is intended for business use by persons aged 18 or over. By subscribing you represent that you are using it for professional purposes.
• One subscription covers one named user ("seat") unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sharing login credentials across multiple people or organisations is not permitted.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, billing and taxes

• Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance. It renews automatically each month until cancelled and includes the usage allowances shown on the pricing page (for example daily contact-reveal quotas and search limits).
• Annual is the same product billed once per year in advance. It renews automatically each year until cancelled.
• Reveal credits are prepaid, consumable units used for contact reveals beyond your plan quota. Credits do not expire while your account is active and are non-transferable.
• Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which handles applicable taxes (such as VAT/GST) on the sale. Prices exclude such taxes unless stated at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-export, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the database or any substantial part of it, or use it to build a competing product;
• circumvent quotas, rate limits, seat limits, or technical protections;
• use contact details obtained through the Service in violation of applicable law, including anti-spam and data-protection law (you are the sender of any outreach you conduct and are solely responsible for its lawfulness);
• use the Service for unlawful purposes, or to harass, defame, or harm any person, including the streamers profiled in the database.

5. Data and accuracy

The database is compiled from publicly available sources and automated measurement. Metrics, audience estimates, and rate estimates are indicative modelling outputs, not quotes, valuations, or guarantees. We do not warrant that any profile, metric, or contact detail is accurate, current, or complete, and we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the streamers or platforms referenced.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the selection and arrangement of the database, is our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. Streamer names and marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Cancellation and termination

• You may cancel Pro at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms (including scraping or credential sharing). Where practicable we will warn you first.
• If we permanently discontinue the Service, subscribers with time remaining on a paid term will be offered a pro-rata refund determined in good faith.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
