Streamer sponsorship rate calculator
What should a sponsored stream cost? Enter a streamer's platform and average concurrent viewers (CCV) and get a modeled per-stream estimate — derived from the same pricing engine that powers FindStreamers, fitted on real observed viewership and comparable deals.
How this estimate is made
The calculator uses a power-law fit of modeled sponsorship rates against 30-day average concurrent viewership, fitted separately per platform and campaign type on samples from the FindStreamers database. Rates scale sub-linearly with audience size: a channel with 10× the viewers commands roughly 4–5× the rate, not 10× — larger channels sell reach at a discount, smaller channels carry a floor price for the production effort. Full methodology for the underlying data is documented on our Data & Methodology page.
Reading the number correctly
- It's a market midpoint, not a quote. Individual streamers set their own prices; treat this as a sanity check and a negotiation anchor.
- Audience geography moves the number a lot. A channel whose viewers sit in the US, UK or DACH markets prices above one with the same CCV elsewhere — per-channel audience-country data is exactly what the full database adds.
- Per-stream, not per-month. Monthly packages typically price 3–4 streams with a volume discount.
Typical rates by channel size
The bands below come from the same model that powers the calculator — per-stream figures for a casino / betting campaign, shown as the typical negotiation range around the modeled midpoint. Non-gambling product campaigns usually land 20–35% lower on Kick and roughly level on Twitch.
| Channel size (avg CCV) | Kick · casino/betting | Twitch · casino/betting |
|---|---|---|
| ~100 viewers (nano) | $130 – $390 | $180 – $550 |
| ~500 viewers (micro) | $340 – $1,000 | $540 – $1,600 |
| ~1,000 viewers (mid) | $510 – $1,500 | $850 – $2,500 |
| ~5,000 viewers (large) | $1,300 – $4,000 | $2,500 – $7,400 |
| ~10,000 viewers (large+) | $2,000 – $6,000 | $3,900 – $12,000 |
| ~40,000 viewers (major) | $4,500 – $14,000 | $9,800 – $29,000 |

What moves a rate up or down
Two channels with identical viewer counts can price a full multiple apart. In the observed data, the factors that matter most, roughly in order:
- Audience country. Viewers in the US, UK, Germany, Canada and Australia are worth several times more to most sponsors than the same CCV elsewhere, because that's where the sponsor can legally and profitably convert. This is the single largest driver — and the reason "cheap reach" so often turns out to be reach in a market the brand can't use.
- Campaign category. Casino and betting deals pay a premium over general product placements on Kick, where the audience self-selects for the category. On Twitch the gap is smaller since gambling content is restricted.
- Engagement quality. Chat activity, returning-viewer share and (on Kick) gifted-subs volume signal an audience that acts, not just watches. Channels with strong signals price above the band; channels with view-botting patterns shouldn't be bought at any price.
- Deal length and exclusivity. A one-off stream prices at the top of the range; monthly packages of 3–4 streams usually carry a 15–30% volume discount, and category exclusivity adds a premium back on.
- Existing sponsor pressure. A channel already carrying an active competitor deal either can't take yours or will charge for the conflict. Sponsor history is worth checking before the first email, not after.
Kick vs Twitch pricing
For the same viewer count, Twitch channels model higher than Kick in most categories — Twitch audiences skew toward higher-value ad markets and the platform's restrictions make gambling-adjacent inventory scarcer. Kick's advantage is different: depth. The long tail of small and mid-sized gambling-friendly Kick channels is where per-viewer prices are lowest and competition from other sponsors is thinnest, which is why experienced buyers assemble portfolios of mid-tier Kick channels rather than chasing one headline name. Our Kick casino rankings and Kick vs Twitch analysis cover this shift in detail.
Frequently asked questions
Is this calculator free?
Yes — no account needed. It runs the same power-law fit as the product's pricing engine, just without the per-channel adjustments (audience country, engagement, sponsor pressure) that require the underlying database.
Why is my quote from a streamer much higher than the estimate?
Streamers anchor high, especially when approached cold by a brand. The estimate is a market midpoint across comparable channels — useful precisely because it tells you how far above market an opening ask is. Audience geography can also legitimately justify a premium: a channel with a heavily US/DACH audience earns it.
Does it work for YouTube live streams?
The calculator currently models Kick and Twitch, where per-stream sponsorship pricing is most standardized. YouTube live channels are in the FindStreamers database with modeled rates, but YouTube deals more often price per-video or bundle VOD rights, so a per-stream number is less comparable.
What counts as average concurrent viewers?
The 30-day average of concurrent viewers while live — not followers, not peak. It's the metric sponsorship rates actually track, because it approximates how many people see a given sponsored segment. If you only know followers, our guide to CCV vs followers explains how to translate.
How often is the model updated?
The underlying database refreshes continuously and the fit is re-estimated as new observed deals and viewership accumulate. The coefficients on this page reflect the August 2026 estimation.
